Jappel Tech & Resale (Jappel, LLC) and it’s agents are not responsible for any and all data loss due to repair work, please back up your data accordingly. It is your responsibility to backup your data. Upon request we may provide a backup as a service. YOU SHOULD MAKE PERIODIC BACKUP COPIES OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE STORAGE MEDIA TO PROTECT THE CONTENTS AND AS A PRECAUTION AGAINST POSSIBLE OPERATIONAL FAILURES.
DURING SERVICE IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE CONTENTS OF THE YOUR TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT’S STORAGE MEDIA WILL BE LOST, REPLACED OR REFORMATTED. IN SUCH AN EVENT JAPPEL, LLC AND IT’S AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE STORAGE MEDIA OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT SERVICED.
Jappel, LLC and it’s agents are NOT responsible for the condition of the data transferred/recovered before or after diagnostics and repair.
Repair times are estimates, exact repair times vary greatly and can be affected by repair type, inventory and many other factors. You at any time have the right to cancel your repair work, in this case you will only be held accountable for any actual costs incurred by Jappel, LLC up to the point the repair request is canceled plus a diagnostic fee and if applicable a restocking fee of 20%.
Certain repairs require new, used, remanufactured, and refurbished components. We reserve the right to install these parts in certain situations unless otherwise agreed upon. All repairs come with a 30 day in house warranty unless otherwise specified. We will use the best parts available to ensure the quality of your technology product.
We are very concerned with the privacy of your data and personal information. We agree to never use or share any data or information that is held on your computer or technology device.
All technology’s worst nightmare is liquid. Any technology devices subjected to any liquid will often show many symptoms as time passes. Symptoms may change and worsen as electricity passes through the technology. Jappel, LLC and it’s agents will do the very best to bring your liquid damaged device back up to working condition. Jappel, LLC and it’s agents will not bear the loss for additional parts or repairs needed before or after a repair is attempted. Liquid Damage repair results are NOT guaranteed. If a liquid damage repair is successful there is no warranty unless otherwise stated.
Liquid Damage repairs vary from case to case and may need a cleaning, component level repair, component replacement, or in the worst case scenario we will attempt data recovery and recycle the technology.
REPAIR SUCCESS RATE
Jappel, LLC and it’s agents will do it’s very best to repair your technology and will NOT be responsible or bear the loss for any damages or repairs of technology.
Jappel, LLC and it’s agents are NOT responsible for the condition or failure of hardware prior to, during, or after repair.
Jappel, LLC and it’s agents are authorized to retain any equipment brought in for service until full payment is collected and processed. Any repair not picked up after 30 days is subject to a $30 per month storage fee. Any customer owned goods left for more than 90 days will be sold to cover the cost of service, repair, and storage fees.
Web Design & Graphics Design Services
Jappel, LLC and it’s agents do NOT guarantee the time and cost associated with creating websites and graphics. We provide, with the best of our ability, good estimates in regards to time and cost. Additional time and costs may be required for each individual project. Up to 3 changes of graphics and web design will be absorbed by Jappel, LLC and it’s agents. After up to 3 changes are made, the customer is responsible for paying additional labor at $65 per hour or as otherwise agreed for each creative element. Jappel, LLC and it’s agents are not responsible for data loss. It is the client’s responsibility to back up all data.
